Dean Clough’s Grade II Victorian mills create an inspiring setting for any event.
Dean Clough is a vibrant and lively location. Boasting a fantastic infrastructure of great transport links, plentiful parking (free at evenings and weekends) and a hotel on site with others close by, it is incredibly popular for a variety of events.
We are proud to house a wide range of highly flexible event spaces catering for from 10 to 400 people, which are used regularly by our on-site community as well as by local and national guests for unique events in characterful and inspiring surroundings.
We have hosted conferences, exhibitions, keynote speakers, dinners, team building days, product launches, Christmas parties , charity events and performances.
Our spaces can be used in any combination to create the right event for your guests and delegates.
Venues include the capacious ground floor of a mill complete with original flooring and fixtures, an atmospheric subterranean theatre, a state-of-the-art rehearsal studio suite, a contemporary art gallery and smaller spaces including meeting rooms and syndicate rooms.
In addition to this, many of the bars and restaurants on site are also able to cater for private parties and events.
Viaduct Theatre
An atmospheric performance space with unusual traverse layout, also fantastic for product launches, conferences and weddings.
Capacity: 300 traverse setting 180-200 one side only
The Rehearsal Suite
A large rehearsal space with back of house facilities, for rehearsals, larger meetings and drinks parties.
Capacity: 120 standing / 80 cabaret style

A versatile gallery space ideal for conferences, music events,
