With a nod to traditional tapas, along with the less familiar Italian 'Cicchetti', and a large douse of our own eccentric creativity, we offer you small plates of delicious food from far and wide in a chic, all-day dining experience.
Have one plate, have three, go mad and try them all; this truly is laid back dining at its best!
Michael Ricci, age 40 born in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire opened Halifax based Ricci's Place, two years ago in March. This family run, Mediterranean restaurant in the city centre of Halifax, has fast become the most popular restaurant to be seen eating in, where people travel from far and wide to sample Michael's delicious food in a relaxed setting.
Michael has created another unique eatery experience, this time in the style of a Tapas and Cicchetti bar, which is open from midday until late evening, Monday to Saturday. It brings a taste of Venetian Italy and Rustic Spain into Dean Clough, Halifax. Customers have the option to relax at the bar with a drink, whilst tasting deliciously inspired Venetian and Spanish Cicchetti or Tapas, or they can sit at the cosy tables in the plushly decorated, stunning restaurant.
The state of the art wash room facilities have been finished with a meticulous attention to detail and the quirky finishing touches are sure to be a talking point, along with beautifully designed wooden bar frontage that stretches the length of the restaurant. Externally the restaurant features a glamorous Laurent Perrier outdoor, heated seating area and there are ample parking facilities available opposite the entrance to the restaurant. Disabled access and facilities are also available.@riccistapas | www.facebook.com/riccistapas
